Leadership at the crossroads of business and inner wisdom.

Strategic PR, reputation, and brand activation ~ designed to change what people believe.

I’m a senior communications strategist and leadership advisor who brings communications and marketing together to shape public narrative, strengthen reputation, and shift stakeholder perception ~ especially in high-scrutiny environments where execution matters as much as strategy.

I began my career early as Publicity Officer, 431 Air Demonstration Squadron (Snowbirds), Department of National Defence ~ learning fast what it takes to manage public attention, operational realities, and reputation risk in real time. I later helped deliver national Air Force anniversary communications, including marketing and promotional work that placed women fighter pilots at the centre of public-facing storytelling ~ long before that kind of representation was standard.

Since then, I’ve worked with major national and international organizations including Labatt Breweries, Interbrew (Belgium), TD Bank, Red Bull Media, Rogers Communications, and multiple departments and agencies across the Government of Canada ~ as well as public and nonprofit sector organizations. My work sits where earned media, sponsorship, stakeholder strategy, and brand meaning converge.

I build the strategy, and I understand field execution ~ turning brand goals into campaigns, partnerships, activations, and media moments that cut through, while holding message discipline when stakes rise.

What I do

Reputation and issues management

Brand narrative and positioning

Earned media strategy, media relations, and spokesperson readiness

Sponsorship strategy, partnerships, and high-visibility activations

Stakeholder engagement that shifts perception, not just participation

Executive and Board advisory in moments of scrutiny, change, or complexity

If you’re hiring for a senior communications mandate that requires strategy and execution ~ I welcome thoughtful inquiries.

In parallel, I lead three ventures.

The old patriarchal and capitalist ways are harmful and dying. It’s time for something new.

Not therapy, not coaching. Just real advice and guidance for individuals and families.
